A lengendary top-fermented brew with a deep amber/orange color, a strong fruit and malt aroma, and a potent alcohol nose accented with hints of Port. A complex flavor of malt, fruit & sherry delicately balanced with hops.
"I have served versions of this barley wine as old as nine years. This is possible only when stored since packaging in cool (40 deg F), dark, and undisturbed for the entire aging period. This is best done at the back of a refrigerator with the bottle on its side of the top sealed in wax to prohibit any possible oxygen migration into the product."
